Lodging Terms

NOTE: These specific rules & regulations are in addition to all of the general terms and conditions HERE.

Deposits & Damages: A security deposit of $300 is required for all lodging rentals. This deposit will be forfeited if any garbage, belongings, or other items must be removed after check-out. An additional $100 removal fee will apply for excessive garbage or abandoned items. Further charges may be applied for any damage to the unit, furnishings, appliances, or property, as well as for violations of smoking or pet policies.

Smoking Policy: All rental units are strictly non-smoking. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this rule, in addition to the loss of the security deposit.


Pet Policy: Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly units, and a pet fee applies. Guests with pets must follow all pet rules and keep units clean and free of damage. Any damage caused by a pet will be the guest’s full financial responsibility and will result in additional charges beyond the initial pet fee. While we make every effort to provide a comfortable space, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
