Group Bookings (3+ Sites)

NOTE: These specific rules & regulations are in addition to all of the general terms and conditions HERE.

Deposits & Damages: A refundable deposit of $100 per site is required at the time of booking for all groups reserving three or more sites. This deposit will be forfeited if the group violates site rules, damages any property, creates excessive mess, or causes disruption. Any damage to the property, facilities, or landscaping beyond normal wear will result in further charges to cover repairs or replacement costs.

Event & Party Restrictions: Our properties are family-oriented; as such, large-scale celebration parties, including prom, graduation, or similar celebrations, are not permitted. Such events are not compatible with the atmosphere we strive to maintain. If you are unsure if our facility is an appropriate location for your special event, please contact us directly.

Group Accountability: Groups are responsible for the actions and conduct of all members in their party, regardless of which site the behavior occurs on. If any member of the group violates property rules, the entire group may be evicted without refund. 

In the event a group is banned, the event or occasion that group was celebrating will no longer be welcome in the future. Groups are expected to monitor one another and ensure everyone complies with our policies—you will be treated as a single booking for the purposes of rule enforcement.
